Email info@afiaapp.com from your professional address and tell us which AfiaApp profile you need to verify.

  • Share your full name as it appears on your licence
  • Include the profile link or hospital where you practise

We typically ask for:

  • Medical council / health-authority licence (photo or PDF)
  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Clinic letter, facility ID, or appointment card linking you to the listed practice
  • Fellowship or board certificates when subspecialty claims need proof
